Processing time

Our cookies are handmade and baked fresh in small batches. Please allow 6–7 days after placing your order for us to prepare and ship it. This preparation window helps us send cookies that are freshly baked rather than sitting on a shelf.

Shipping and tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information using the contact details provided at checkout. Carrier transit time begins after the order leaves our bakery and is separate from our 6–7 day preparation time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.

Warm-weather care

Some fillings and chocolate pieces can soften during warm weather. Please track your package and bring it indoors as soon as possible after delivery. We recommend using a delivery address where someone can receive the package promptly.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered preparation or shipping.
